Space features one bedroom with queen memory foam bed, luxury shared bathroom, private parking & two outdoor seating areas on front porch and patio… The space Just TWO MILES from DOWNTOWN Atlanta, 15 MINUTES - 9.5 miles from the Hartsfield-Jackson AIRPORT with MARTA BUS stop outside the front door step in two directions. The property neighborhood is directly adjacent to the BeltLine, Benteen Park, Chosewood Park, Grant Park, Thomasville Heights, Summerhill and Peoplestown neighborhoods. East Atlanta Village and Edgewood is about 12-15 mins away. This is a 1930 Bungalow - two (2) unit split by upstairs and downstairs units newly renovated home top to bottom in 2022. House features (6) spacious rooms, 10ft ceiling w/ ceiling fans in the upper stairs units.
